Please note that certain items featured on our online store may not be available in your delivery area, as availability depends on stock levels.

The Products are shipped with the delivery slip to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering.
Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes.

 

If the carrier is unable to deliver to the shipping address — for example, if the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect — the parcel may be redirected to a collection point. It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the parcel from the designated collection point within the timeframe communicated by the carrier. If the parcel is not collected, it will be returned to our warehouse. 
Any refund will be issued only after the parcel has been received back and verified by our warehouse as compliant.
